Collins

1 1/2 Jigger Rum, Gin, Vodka or Whiskey

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar

Shake well with ice and pour into glass, fill with soda.

Creole

1/2 Whiskey

1/2 Sweet Vermouth

2 dashes Benedictine

2 dashes Amer Picon

Stir with ice and strain into glass.

Add twist of lemon peel

Cuba Libre

Place 2 or 3 ice-cubes in a large highball glass and add

2 Jiggers Rum,

juice of 1/2 Lime and fill with Cola.

Stir and serve

Daiquiri (plain)

1 1/2 Jiggers of light Rum

juice of 1/2 Lime

1 teaspoon of Powdered Sugar

Shake well with ice and strain

Daiquiri (frozen)

2 Jiggers Light Rum

1 tablespoon Lime or Lemon juice

2 teaspoons Powdered Sugar

Blend with 2 cups of fine ice until like snow.

Serve with straw.
