Gertie’s Garter

3 parts Dry Gin

1 part Grapefruit juice

1 part Grenadine

Shake well with ice and strain into glass.

Add fruit as desired.

Gibson

4 Jiggers Dry Gin

1 Jigger Dry Vermouth

Stir with ice and strain. Serve with a pickled onion.

Gimlet

1/2 English Gin

1/2 Rose’s Lime Juice

Stir gently and add ice cubes.

Gin & Tonic

Place 3 cubes of ice into a tall highball glass, add

2 Jiggers of Gin

Crush 1/2 slice of lemon.

Fill with Tonic Water

Gin Fizz

2 Jiggers Dry Gin

1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar

Juice each of 1/2 Lime and 1/2 Lemon.

Shake well with ice,

strain into glass and fill with Soda water
